What you need:
1 cup water1/2 cup butter1/8 teaspoon salt1 flour4 Cup all-purpose eggs1 Cup crumbled blue cheese1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing1 spoon snipped fresh chives30 fresh spinach leaves (about 1 cup) 12 oz roast beef or smoked Deli Turkey slices, cut into thin bite size bars
How to:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease two baking and set aside.
In average size, combine water, butter and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Add the flour at once and move strongly. Cook, stirring, until a ball of batter. Remove from heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after adding each egg. Stir in cheese Cup, until combined. Drop by rounded teaspoons mix on some papers bread about 2 inches.
